Plumbing directory line — the (844) 544-3498 number used by all Local Lead Portal directory sites. It is not a contractor's number.

If it is an emergency, do this first

1Stop the water

If you can reach the shut-off safely, turn the water off at the fixture or the main. Do not wade into standing water near electrics.

2Stop using drains

For a sewer backup or a bad clog, stop flushing and running water until the problem is assessed — it can make the backup worse.

3Call the directory line

Tell us the county, the problem, and whether water is still running. We connect you to the plumber assigned to that county, or take the call on the directory line until one is assigned.

Gas smell? Leave the house first. Do not light anything, do not flip switches, and do not treat it as a routine plumbing call. Leave the building and call your gas utility first from a safe place. This directory does not route gas-smell calls as routine leads.

How this plumbing directory works

1Pick your county

Every county page stays live, whether or not a contractor is assigned there yet.

2Call the number on that page

The assigned contractor's number, or the (844) directory line until one goes live there.

3Only the name and number change

When a contractor goes live, only the company name and number on that page change. The page does not disappear or move.

Plumbing services — what we connect you to

Emergency Plumbing

Burst pipes, major leaks, sewer backups and no water — triaged by danger and by whether water is still running.

Drain Cleaning

Clogged and slow drains, kitchen, bathroom and main-line clogs — what to stop doing first, and what to tell us when you call.

Water Heaters

Repair and replacement, tank and tankless — no hot water, a leaking tank, and what affects a replacement job.

Leak Detection & Repair

Hidden leaks, slab-leak signs, and the shut-off steps that limit damage before a plumber arrives.

Sewer Line Repair & Replacement

Camera inspection, trenchless and excavation options explained — without claiming a specific contractor offers either until confirmed.

Repiping & Pipe Replacement

Whole-house and section repiping, PEX and copper as materials — what affects scope, access and disruption.

Fixtures, Toilets & Faucets

Toilet repair and replacement, faucet and fixture installs, and appliance hook-ups — the everyday volume jobs.

Sump Pumps & Water Lines

Sump pump failure, water line leaks and breaks, and the steps that protect a basement or crawl space.

Washington — plumbing by county

Washington is live first because it is where the portal's first plumbing territory is. Other states will be added as plumbing contractors sign up — a county page will only be added when there is real service content for it, not as a thin copy of another page.

Snohomish County Plumbing

Emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heaters and leak detection in Snohomish County, Washington. No contractor assigned yet — directory line shown.

What to tell us when you call

  • Your county and town, and the problem in plain words — burst, backup, clog, leak, or no hot water.
  • Whether water is still running, and whether you have shut it off.
  • Where the problem is — kitchen, bathroom, basement, crawl space, or outside.
  • Whether sewage, a gas smell, or standing water near electrics is involved — say so first.
  • Anything you have already tried, so the plumber does not repeat it.

Frequently asked questions

How does this plumbing directory work?
Pick your county. The page shows the plumbing contractor assigned to that county in Local Lead Portal, or the plumbing directory line until one is assigned there.
What happens when a new contractor signs up?
When a contractor goes live for a county, that county page shows the new company name and number. The page itself stays live — only the name and number change.
Do you give prices on this site?
No. Plumbing work depends on the problem, access, age of the system and parts, so any price must come from an assessment by the assigned contractor.
Is there a plumber assigned in Snohomish County yet?
No. At draft stage, no contractor is assigned anywhere on this site, and the Snohomish County page shows the directory line with an honest 'No contractor assigned yet' note.
