A toilet that runs, rocks or will not flush, a dripping faucet, or a new fixture to install — call and tell us the fixture, the problem, and whether water is leaking.
Plumbing directory line — the (844) 544-3498 number used by all Local Lead Portal directory sites. It is not a contractor's number.

What to tell us when you call
- Your county and town, and the problem in plain words.
- Whether water is still running, sewage is involved, or a gas smell is present — say so first.
- Where the problem is, and anything you have already tried.
About this service
Fixture work is the everyday volume of plumbing: toilet repair and replacement (running, rocking, weak flush, leaking base), faucet repair and replacement, shower and tub fixtures, and appliance hook-ups such as dishwashers and washing machines. A running toilet wastes water quietly; a rocking toilet can mean a failed flange or floor damage underneath, so say so when you call. No prices are published here — fixture work depends on the fixture, access and parts.
Frequently asked questions
- My toilet runs constantly — is that urgent?
- It wastes water and can mask a bigger problem, but it is not an emergency unless water is leaking onto the floor. Call and describe it.
- Can I supply my own fixture?
- Ask the assigned contractor — some will install customer-supplied fixtures, some will not, and warranty terms differ.
- Do you give fixture prices on this site?
- No. Fixture work depends on the fixture and parts, and must be quoted by the assigned contractor.
